Do these candels work for Christmas Around the World windmill carousel?

I can’t make the carousel work and don’t know whether it’s the candles or not. However, the candles should work with the angel carousel.

Are these tall enough for moving a 21" tall pyramid carousel?

Yes, they are. BUT, I have two brands of these types of candles for my carousel and these ones are by far worse. They do not fully melt and I have to dig out all the extra wax at the end that doesn't melt. The other brand that I have fully 100% melts away so there is just a little bit of wick left and no wax. I'd rather spend a little extra to eliminate the task of digging out the remaining wax to insert another candle. The other brand I have is "Kurt s Adler"

Are these actually 1/2” or 7/16 like most of the other “chime” candles on Amazon?

They are a little smaller. if you need them to stand up without falling over buy a little can of "stick-um" from amazon. it's awesome how well it works!!!
