Perfect replacement - a 2 minute job
This was a perfect fit to replace my jammed fitting. They don't last long but are a simple job to change. However, a standard metric spanner doesn't fit well on them and I needed to use a mole wrench to remove the faulty one. There is really no need for more than finger tightening when installing the replacement.

Fixed bathroom waste drain.
Perfect, fixed our bathroom sink after the one supplied with drain broke after 3 years. So was much easier than re-plumb a new waste drain. Happy with it. Not sure how long it’ll last, but at £4 it was a very handy quick fix.

Easy to fit replacement item
I bought this to replace a similar item which had become difficult to operate and actually stuck in the locked position. I found a youtube video that helped me free it by spraying with WD40, waiting five minutes, then twiting to the left. That allowed me to unscrew the chrome plug and remove it. I was then able to remove the basin pop up using a pair of Knipex Cobra pliers by grabbing the top and twisting to the left and then unscrewing and removing the item. It took some effort to clean out the gunk but having done that I fitted this replacement item after applying a bit of grease to the threads (I used bike assembly grease as I had that on hand). I screwed on the chrome plug and it fitted perfectly. Total job time less than 30 minutes The replacement item arrived quickly and seems to be equivalent quality to that supplied with the basin.

Great quality, great value and delivered next day
My pop up bathroom sink plug stopped staying down, so after a little research discovered that the piston needed replacing. I ordered this last night, it arrived today and it took less than 5 minutes to fit. Problem solved. This is good quality, good value and simple to fit.

Fantastic improvement
We had been struggling with a sticking pop-up plug for ages - cleaned, greased, oiled adjusted - to little effect. Changing the click-clack solved the problem immediately and proved that the click-clack was actually worn. I have now bought a spare should the new one wear out. Very easy to change and a great success.
