The Expiry date is 03/2025!! i have ordered 2 of them and both expires on March 2025, and I am not residing in UAE so couldn’t return the item!

I normally buy the Estroven Energy and Heat Relief which works fairly well for me so thought I would try this one. I started having stomach pains after 3 days and then my poos started getting really hard and I got quite constipated. Other symptoms were headaches and a general feeling of being unwell. The only good thing about it was I suffer fron rheumatoid arthritis and I was surprised that my aches and pains went away in my bones...... wish I could have kept using it just for this. My hot flushes were still there also and didn't help my energy levels. so for me this product although there was one good side effect there were too many other bad ones.

I've had these before and they worked a treat. Ran out and took a couple of weeks to get more. Well that fortnight has been hell on wheels. It's taken a couple of weeks to start working, but we're not quite there yet. Don't let yourself run out!!!

I found this product online and decided to try it because I was having TERRIBLE night sweats from menopause. I could not get a decent nights sleep no matter what. I can’t do hormone replacement therapy due to health reasons and my gynecologist didn’t think this would work. After reading the reviews, I decided to try it anyway. I am soooo glad I did! It did nothing for the first month and I considered giving up. The instructions state that you need to use it for 3 months to get the full effect. After 2 months, I noticed that I was hot having quite as many night sweats. After 3 months, they are almost completely gone! I may have little episodes when I get too warm, but it’s not really disrupting my sleep much. The soaking night sweats and sleeping in the spare room because I can’t stand it are GONE! I will take this as long as I need too! Guess my doctor was wrong. I paid $20 for a month of pills at Walmart and found this deal for a 3 month supply for $29!!!! Life changer!
