Bought these for my mom as an alternative to coffee. I wasn't aware these also had caffine but they do help. She used to develop cysts in large part to the caffine, although she only drank a mug a day. Since she made the switch about 2 years ago she has felt a real difference and has not developed any cysts since.

My friend introduce me to this coffee on vacation because the apartment we stayed at had no coffee machine. At first I abhorred the idea of instant coffee. I drank the first cup and thought, "Wow, this is actually pretty good!". My friend made it for me every morning. When I returned from vacation and went back to my Gevalia coffee, it tasted terrible. Even Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks tasted bad. Also, I noticed that I was more unfocused and agitated. It took me awhile to figure out that this ganoderma coffee actually made me feel better and the taste is addicting. I can't go back to regular coffee anymore. I just wish they made decaf.

Really enjoy this coffee. Think the individual packaging is a bit of a waste. Would be great to buy in a container and then just spoon it out.
