Shoddy merchandise
The two racks aren't the same size, so they don't fit snugly together as they're supposed to. You need four hands -- two to hold it together and two more to slide the chicken on. I've seen a vertical roaster on zulily that looks promising, so I'll be giving that one a go. I do not recommend this product.

too cheap to work
This product is just too cheap. Nothing holds the support wires to the base nor is there any connection at the top and it is constantly coming apart while in use. Do not recommend it.
