I have tried several different multivitamins, some of them quite expensive but these are a good choice for me personally and reasonably priced. I would recommend trying them if you're in the market for a new vitamin formula. There's just a little bit of iron in them and as a woman over 60 I believe I still need some iron because my diet does not provide enough.

Others before me have broken down the ingredients and how they're made so I won't go into all of that. I love the inclusion of fruits and veggies, that it's organic, non GMO, K for absorption, even iodine which I appreciate as I need the thyroid support. It really is a COMPLETE multi. I have noticed a difference in my hair and my energy levels since taking it (it's been about 2 months now) and when I have forgotten a day ... I NOTICE. I will be a continued customer and 100% recommend!

I really like this multivitamin. I was looking for a multivitamin that was gluten free (I have celiac disease), dairy free, and does not have large amounts of vitamins. Some products have vitamins with 500% of the daily value needed. That is unnecessary, and I honestly do not feel well when I take vitamins with such high quantities. I also really liked that this multivitamin contains magnesium, and it is also in the form of magnesium glycinate. While it is not a high quantity, I have tried to take magnesium glycinate on its own and it caused me some nausea. However, I feel great taking this multivitamin and do not notice any nausea or stomach upset. I have always had fairly breakable nails, but after the first 30-60 days of taking this multivitamin I could tell they were stronger. I also had blood work done a few months into taking it and my vitamin levels were good and normal (vitamin D, B12, folate).

No fillers, binders or nastiness inside. The only multivitamin I will buy and the price is worth it for the 3 months supply. The downside is the taste is quite grim.
