Not working, trying to return but no option showing trying to contact seller no responce from seller

I wanted a single ear Bluetooth headset that has a charging case. This was the only one I found at the time, and I am happy to say that I don’t regret the purchase at all. Sound is acceptable. Range is good. Battery life is good. I don’t really know if it has the annoying “low battery” notice like other headsets because I always throw it back into the charging case, but that’s the point of getting one with a charging case. I don’t charge the case up very often, and I use it 2-3 times a week. I love the button on the case that has a color indicator for battery level. Stays in my ear - has never fallen out - I found that turning counter clockwise in my right ear made it feel more secure. Comfortable and doesn’t hurt my ear at all. Has a single button that stops and starts the music as expected. I never used it as a microphone, so I can’t comment on that feature. I’ve had it for 4 years now and it’s still ticking. The sound isn’t huge like the other units that have big drivers in them, but that wasn’t my purpose for a SINGLE ear headphone and I wouldn’t want the extra cost of that anyway. Good product and I’m happy I got it.

I have been using the ear bud for a week now and first of all I should say that it arrived on the day predicted by the vendor It looks and feels high class, and so does the charging case. It is extremely simple to use and so far its play time is around 9.5 and 10 hours All in all I am very happy with my purchase.

I've been using these for the past few years and they're by far the best Bluetooth earbuds I've ever used. They are sold as singles, but I like to have 2 in my purse and I use them in rotation. So far they are the longest lived of my earbud devices as far as continued functionality goes!! They can be linked to 2 devices at the same time, though they prioritize whatever was interacted with most recently. They are easy to wear for hours. They have a good mic. The sound quality and volume are good for audiobooks and music listening if you want to get stuff done around the house and still hear your stuff while keeping an awareness of your surroundings. Occasionally I have stepped on one and not had it recover from the experience, but just dropping them doesn't slow them down. I've even had the earbud open up after an impact and been able to still use it after closing it back up. After continued use of a few months they average about 5-6 hours of music/audio book listening time per charge and the portable charging pod recharges the earbud about 4 times before needing to get charged itself.

It's unfortunate that others have rated this product so low. If the product quality was more consistent I would have given it five starts, but since so many people have had a bad experience with the quality of this device it get's four stars; However, It still gets four stars. This little guy has been durable and reliable. The only issue I have with it is that it's charging port is still micro-usb. It's not a show stopper and they do provide a cable, but if they would use USB-C I wouldn't have to carry that cable or a micro-usb adapter. It comes with a nice leather pouch and additional rubber ear pieces for a more custom fit. It has been reliable enough for me to purchase two, one for my car and one for general use. It's not really designed for loud environments since the microphone pics up a lot of external noise, but you get what you pay for. Either way I am happy with this device since I use it primarily for listening to music, podcasts, instructional lecture, etc. I recommend this little guy if you are looking for something small, discrete, durable, self-charging, and a good value. I think it should be cheaper because it does not have any fancy features, but I do not regret purchasing two of these ear buds.
