Time will tell so I may return to this review but so far I am very happy with this WiFi switch. Installation was relatively easy - had yo use the capacitor here in the UK as no neutral wire available. Which was a pain as I had to take down one of the two light fittings that the switch controls and put the capacitor in parrallel to the light supply (i.e. across the light connections). I wasnt sure that this would prevent flickering across both light fittings but it most certainly did. I dont know if the fact that both light fittings have 3 x 5w LEDs in them helped as the current draw is much reduced. Wifi connection proved to be a little harder, but once I realised that I had to temporarily disconnect all bluetooth connections on my phone (I had a connection to my watch) the pairing of the switch to the WiFi network was sorted in no time. The switch was immediately recognised by Amazon Alexa and is easily controlled by either the Smart Life app or Alexa. Overall impression is money well spent it looks good, functions very well (super responsive), and was relatively painless to install and set up.

1 works. The other was harder to make work, Forced to make one review for 2 different items. The singe switch: It is too fat to fit into the box set Into the wall. Fortunately I am not the only person to have ever had this issue. Spacers can be purchased to get round this. So I did. The 2 switch version was harder. Won’t pair to the app, and when the lights are ‘off’ one of the lights glows faintly. When turned on the switch turns off after about 5 seconds. Ah. Got it to work. Have to fit the funny little yellow thingy correctly. Overall I am happy, but it did take a while to get them wired in and working. They are for me, money saving. I have on occasion forgotten to turn lights off before going to work. No point in having the bathroom or living room lights on for 9 hours while I am work. I simply programmed them to turn off weekdays at 8am. Now if I forget the switch does not.

bought 2 of these dimmer switches but only 1 worked. Will give a replacement a try

Easy to fit if you follow the instructions. Linked to Alexa right away. 3 gang not dimmable though. Shame otherwise works well and looks cool.

Only had it going a week no problems so far. Easy to install, paired straight away, works well, looks good.

Excellent light switches, the glass finish is really nice and the on off button is clear and responds brilliantly. My electrician had no difficulties fitting them. We have neutral within the wiring system which made the process very easy. I had to try a couple of versions of the Smart Life Apps I couldn't connect the 3 switches I bought. The error massage gave suggestions including 'reset the device'. I turned my lighting off at the fuse box and turned it on again. All 3 connected this time without difficulty. I was able to re-name each one and set individual schedules with identical timings so that all 3 will come on and go off at the same time. I know I could have connected them within the app but there's really no need. I haven't connected them to Alexa as, again, I don't need that much functionality. I love the fact that I merely have to touch the switch to put the lights on outwith the schedule e.g. if I'm taking the dog out earlier or later than the scheduled timings. Perfect.

Working fine but after 10 months touch switch stop working

Had an older version that had lost the ability to pair with our home Wi-Fi, so purchased a new one. As soon as it was connected up and the power restored the switch entered pairing mode. It was automatically recognised by SmartLife and worked instantly. Very impressed with the new and improved switch.

Ça marche !!! Je pensais perdre 13€ mais ça marche vraiment ! Je pense en acheter d’autres. Pas de configuration à faire. Un appuie, ça s’allume. Un appuie long, la luminosité augmente. Un nouvel appuie long et la luminosité baisse.

Ik had maar 2 draden in de muur. Bruin (constante stroom) en de zwarte schakeldraad. Zelf de blauwe er bij getrokken vanuit het plafond en het werkt!!! Erg blij mee en een zeer luxe uitstraling aan de muur. Via de app ook goed te bedienen.

Ich habe die BSEED Smart Dimmer Lichtschalter inzwischen im gesamten Haus verbaut und steuere damit nahezu die komplette Beleuchtung smart. Die Schalter sind täglich im Einsatz und haben sich im Alltag absolut bewährt. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, die Schalter sitzen sauber in der Unterputzdose und machen einen stabilen Eindruck. Auch optisch wirken sie modern und ordentlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Anschlüsse sind klar beschriftet, der Einbau ging problemlos und ohne Überraschungen. In der Praxis funktioniert die Steuerung einwandfrei. Die Dimmer reagieren zuverlässig, sowohl über den Schalter selbst als auch über die App. Besonders wichtig für mich: Die Alexa-Integration läuft stabil und ohne Verzögerungen. Sprachbefehle werden sofort umgesetzt, egal ob Ein-, Ausschalten oder Dimmen. Sehr positiv ist, dass das System zuverlässig im gesamten Smart-Home-Verbund läuft. Auch bei mehreren installierten Schaltern gibt es keine Verbindungsabbrüche oder Aussetzer. Genau so stellt man sich eine smarte Lichtsteuerung vor. Einen kleinen Punkt sollte man beachten: Für die Installation sollte man grundlegende Elektrokenntnisse haben oder einen Fachmann hinzuziehen. Ist das gegeben, läuft alles reibungslos. Fazit: Sehr zuverlässige Smart-Dimmer mit stabiler Alexa-Anbindung, sauberer Verarbeitung und einfacher Bedienung. Ideal für alle, die ihr Haus oder ihre Wohnung konsequent smart steuern möchten. Klare Empfehlung.
