I make several recipes that call for chopped green onion. These kitchen shears are very handy and make this task so much faster! I haven’t used them for anything else yet, but am glad to have them for green onions for sure!

Have been wondering why I haven't owned these herb scissors before. I grow my own basil and love how easily and quickly you can chop up some fresh basil. I've even used these scissors to chop up some small garlic cloves quickly.
