Cuando se usa con los implementos que convierten a esta liga en una liga doble, su rigidez deja de ser muy ligera y permite desarrollar ejercicios específicos con progresiones muy buenas, que no se podrían hacer con ligas más rígidas. I ordered this resistance tube to use with SKLZ door anchor and handles. I needed a little more resistance for upper back exercises and this was the perfect resistance for me. I have not had any issues with this. It's made of great material and thickness. I use it every day and sometimes twice a day and has held up rather well. I highly recommend this resistance tube.
