O-CedarEvery-Which-Way 20 in. W Flat Dust Mop

I LOVE THE YELLOW O'CEDAR - GAVE THIS 1 STAR BECAUSE SELLER SHIPS DIFFERENT PRODUCT. The add shows yellow o'cedar dust mop (I have owned several for years and love them - they are hard to find which is why I ordered the 3 bundle from you when I found your shop). The blue dust mops were delivered. Although they are similar, they are not the same and the blue is not as full nor as good with dust or pet hair. Obviously this must be why it is hard to find the yellow ones. What I don't appreciate is that you advertise yellow and shipped blue without so much as an email asking if it is ok to substitute.

I received some blue dust mops; and I thought I was ordering the ones shown here in the photo; I have used your yellow ones for years and love them; I have worn out several; the blue ones don't seem to be as sturdy as the yellow ones maybe I am wrong going to try them and maybe I can give a better rating later. I am unable to print off a return label to send the box back. So I guess I will try the blue one. Thank You for sending them so fast.

Very disappointing since I bought 4 mops in order to get one. And then they are not like the one I had for some 13 or 14 years. The previous yellow synthetic long yarn mops picked up much more. The new blue mcrofiber are not near as good. So if you are trying to replace your old yellow mop, as far as I know it can't be done. Why a manufacturer would​ do away with a highly successful product in order to produce something inferior is beyond my understanding.

I have had my dust mop for MULTIPLE years, probably 10 - absolutely love it. I also have 2 extra dust mops for it so that I'm never without a clean one. Just wish I could now find a new handle as mine finally bit the dust after years of use. Don't really need 4 at a time though. Anyone know of a store that might sell it since all I can find on line is 4 at a time?

I have seen the terrible reviews, and I just had to put in my oar. One of these mops was given to me several years ago when we moved after hurricane Katrina, and I have absolutely LOVED it. I throw the removable head in the washing machine (even in the bleach load), but of course not the dryer, as it does have a plastic base. I am purchasing a new head, although the original one is still working just fine, so that I'll have one to use while the other is drying. I am also purchasing the set of four complete mops to give to family members. Maybe I've just been lucky. Time will tell.

The problem with all the O cedar brand dust mops, and I have owned at least 20 or more (I am old) they all have a problem where the handle swivel, I called O Cedar more than once they still use plastic and it doesn`t last, however to my knowledge O Cedar is the only brand making dust mops particularly that wide, so I keep on buying and keep on being disappointed, why don`t they use metal I am sure it would last a little longer, this time I have 3 spare mops, probably enough for a year!

They were not as the picture representation. I had owned one exactly like the picture but the 4 received is blue and the material appears to be different. I can't make a judgement at this time if the dust mop works as well, but their was a difference than pictured,
