Battery Replacement Kit for HP Envy X360
This was the perfect product to replace the battery in an 8 year old laptop. It came with battery, two screw drivers (for the two different size screws required to be removed to open the laptop), and a tool to pry opening the laptop after the screws were removed. Battery is an MB04XL. It is identical to the battery I replaced. Picture shows the tools on top of the laptop. Be careful when selecting the battery as the HP Envy X360 has several different versions using slightly different configurations of the battery.

My Dell Laptop is Re-born!
My laptop battery was on its 'last leg'. The OEM battery was starting to swell so I decided to replace it. The new battery didn't come with a battery cable so I needed to use the existing power cable, that was the only minor issue that I encountered. In no time my laptop was back up and running again!!

Works well, no place to put in two screws.
Left with two extra screws and there was no place to put them. Battery works well though.

Worked in my HP Envy but now I have an annoying warning every time I boot
My 17" HP Envy latop battery started to swell and get really hot so I bought this as a replacement. It's been a few months and it's working well. Installation was fairly easy. BUT !!!! Now my boot process is halted every time with an annoying message from HP telling me that I'm not using an HP Battery. It's something HP could clear if they wanted and I've contacted them several times about it but it looks like they'd rather annoy me every boot up. Thanks HP for being so annoying. Anyway, so far so good with this (cheaper than HP) battery

HP Envy 360 15-AQ166NR Laptop Battery Replacement
This replacement battery was for a HP Envy 360 Convertible Laptop Model 15-AQ166NR, which was not performing very well after 7-8 years of use and the charge wouldn’t last long. After installing the battery and fully recharging I proceeded to test the longevity. I would leave the display running with a browser open, Outlook open, WiFi connected and of course on battery power. Started out at 100% with estimated time of 4 hr, 30 minutes of battery remaining. 1-hour: 3 hrs 21 minutes 75% 2-Hours: 2 hrs 27 minutes 54% 3-Hours: 1 hr 36 minutes 33% 4-Hour: It was just minutes shy of 4 hours when Windows 10 did a low battery shut down at 8% It then took 2.5 hours to recharge from 8% to 100% with screen active, surfing the internet off and on. Thus far it is looking very good for the replacement and giving MUCH better time when on just battery power!

It should be 14.8 V as described, received one is 14.4 V. Lost half charge capacity after 20 minutes. Don’t buy check another seller 😟
