These are fantastic. They have no waterproofing (only highly absorbent) so need to be used with a waterproof over layer. They work really well in an adult pocket nappy and just one insert can take my full bladder into it with no leaks. I have also used one folded lengthways in a pair of ladies cotton pouch pants, again soaked up a full bladder. They could be used with plastic pants also but I have not tried this. Top product for heavy wetters and far cheaper than constantly buying disposables. Also very soft and comfortable, no itching or irritation. They are quite big and bulky between your legs but it means they can cope with a lot of wetness. I find the pouch pant option more comfortable, discreet and less obvious under clothes than the pocket nappy.
