This is the cart to buy
Let me get straight to the point: if you're looking at a stand for your Q Grill you've obviously looked at the Weber 6549 ($49.99) and the Weber 6557 ($69.99) here is one simple thing that puts this model (the 6525) in the front - it comes with the Weber 6501 Adapter Hose ($23.79) included. Now while this stand costs $99.99 if you consider you're going to buy the 6501 adapter hose ($23.79) no matter which model (6549/6557) you go with this effectively puts this stand in the $70 range (price less adapter cost). Cons: it doesn't collapse for transport Pro: it's far more stable than the comparable 6549/6557 model carts the propane tank mounts/straps to the stand, no need to drag it separately like you would with the 6549/6557 model carts, with the tank mounted you are free to move the cart around as one single unit. This is purely an at home stand, as long as you don't plan to transport your stand this is the cart to buy. I've read some reviews of people saying it's difficult to put together to which I'd disagree, it's 8 screws. It took me less than 20 minutes to get it put together. The stand is beautiful, well made, and very very sturdy, also with my Q2200 grill mounted it looks just like a full sized grill that you'd expect to see at someones home. Additional: one of the pieces was not threaded properly and thus resulted in me stripping the bolt during assembly and essentially getting three of the pieces "stuck" together. I was pretty disappointed and upset as I had just paid $99 for this cart. I decided to contact Weber about it via e-mail to see if they could help, within 15 minutes an actual human responded to clarify my issue and confirm the replacement parts I needed. Once I confirmed the parts I needed I received an order confirmation within minutes for the parts. The whole exchange was literally less than 30 minutes and I was not hassled, I didn't have to go explain and justify, and they didn't charge me a dime. Weber has amazing customer service and I was beyond impressed. Rest assured that Weber is worth the extra money and purchase with confidence knowing that they'll be there for you.

Perfect for Current Application
Pro's: 1. Lightweight 2. Easy to assemble 3. Height is right for the Weber 1200, for both my wife and myself 4. Easy to move with the grill attached 5. Folds down for storage if needed 6. Portable Con's: 1. Wobbles a bit when cooking 2. No attachment or provision for a 20 pound propane tank Overall- We like the setup. The cart has been a significant improvement from carrying the grill from table to table. Highly recommend this unit. We just came off the road from full time RV travels. The grill had to be carried from our tow vehicle a table for use. Now we are in a house with a patio. The cart allows for a quicker set up and a more convenient cooking arrangement. Clean up is easier, there are attachment points for grill tools and a wire brush. Yes, we would buy this again.

Well built and intuitive!!
Nice and sturdy, this thing is way cooler than I first thought. When I got the weber grill i didn't think i would need this because the grill is so light and transportable. I could just carry it from place to place and be fine. But I was convinced to get it and I am really glad I did. There is a little assemble required but after that this thing folds and unfolds with ease. When it is folded it will securely hold the grill in place and there is a handle to make it easy to roll around. Once you've found a place to girl, just unfold it right up with the grill on it and you good to go. Pretty cool design and makes the grill easy to take around. If you have a bunch of other stuff you are taking with you than you might have a little trouble fitting everything in your car, but it hasn't been a problem for us so much. When standing the cart puts the grill at a good hight for grilling. Around the same hight as other bigger grills, maybe a bit lower. Im 6'3'' and I can grill on the stand just fine, but if you are any taller than that you might has a little trouble. Anyways, this is a great portable cart for a great portable grill, if you take it with you enough, its definitely worth the price. Just the convenience is worth the price.

Not completely compatible with my grill.
TLDR: If you have a grill with the weber Q logo on the front of the body you can probably use this cart. If you have the logo on the handle, you should look for the discontinued stand. Good luck. I got the grill as a hand-me-down and the previous owner had no clue what the model number is. It's not listed on the outside or if it was has been worn off by weathering. It looked like the one in the photo. So I went ahead and bought this one. I had been setting the grill up on my patio table, but that's troublesome since I have to take off the umbrella each time. When it came there was a very helpful diagram that says which grills it's compatible with. It would have been nice if they had included that diagram, or at least a picture of the box in the listing. I took the plastic top out and lined the feet up, it looks like it would probably fit anyway. I went ahead and assembled it and the back feet snap in just fine. Which is a problem. The front feet did not snap in at all. With the back feet snapped in, I couldn't get the grill off the cart. The back feet are not supposed to snap in, basically the plastic bent around the foot just enough to let the foot in but then snapped back around the foot to prevent removal without some multiperson effort or dremaling. Stuck with it now. It works. It's a little wobbly moving it around. But it mostly sits on the patio, I don't have any intention to take it camping or to a picnic or tailgating. I probably could have built something better and cheaper for my purposes but I don't have the space in my condo for such construction. And buying a new grill with a stand is massively more expensive than this, works well enough, solution.

Estremamente funzionale e comodo. Tengo sempre montato il BBQ che tengo in un piccolo terrazzo, tra un uso e l’altro è possibile abbattere il carrello così che si sudice molto il suo impatto visivo dall’esterno. Molto stabile.

Awesome bit of kit, just the right height to stand and cook at, and folds away so easily.

Encaja perfectamente con barbacoas weber de gas 1000 y 2000 y jasta cabe debajo la bombona. Muy comodo para moverla si la quieres llevar al campo, porque se pliega. Me.lo enviaron en tres dias perfectamente embalado.
