Merry Sticks Smart Reflective Cane Holder

I put these on my crutches which were always falling over. Really works well when in use however I do forget that they are there half the time.

I've bought one of these before so I knew what to expect. It is adequate though the walking stick doesn't sit vertical. I'd like the hinge & spring made to accommodate different stick weights by a tensioner or adjustment to ensure the tongue remains at a right angle to the stick. I also think the underside of the tongue should be rubberised for grip to smooth surfaces.

I bought this because anytime I had to pay a clerk or write my name, my cane was constantly falling. Now I’m not having to constantly stooping over to pick it up. It was easy to attach, easy to flip up when I need to hang the cane, and immediately flips down when I pick up the cane. Every who sees me using it has been impressed with it’s utility and has been interested where I got it so that they can either pass that along or so they can order one for their own friends or relatives.

I’m using a cane while recovering from hip surgery, and this little gadget is worth its weight in gold. Canes should just include them standard.
