Thor Sector knee guards are much better, and much cheaper
Leatt I own two pairs of Leatt Dual Axis Knee guards. I also own a pair of Thor Sector knee guards and a pair of Asterisk Ultra Cell knee braces. Several months after I bought by Leatt guards, the elastic began to loose its elasticity, which required me to stretch them tighter, which caused them to loose even more elasticity. Very soon they were slipping down my leg and into the bottom of my boot. I called Leatt to ask if it was possible for me to replace the elastic bands. They said "Sounds like a warranty issue, send them to us." I told them they were all stretched out and they said "Send is a picture.", which I did. They still wanted me to send them back for a replacement. So I packed them up, mailed them out. A week later I get an email stating: "It looks like we are not going to be able to repair or warranty out these braces due to the elasticity of the straps due to high wear." And they sent them back to me. I never asked for them to be replaced via warranty but they offered after seeing the pictures, but then changed their minds. The Leatt guards are very expensive and fancy. I didn't even get one year out of them. The Thor Sector guards are far more comfortable, much more durable, and very inexpensive. I could buy 8 pairs of the Thors for each pair of Leatts. Don't waste your money on the Leatt stuff, especially their knee guards. Everything I own from leatt that uses an elastic strap prematurely loses its elasticity.
