I love this item. I don't actually get migraines, but I have autism and when I'm feeling overwhelmed I like having something that compresses my head and blocks out light and sound. This product does all of those things perfectly and the cooling is such a bonus! I got it out the fridge after 20 mins and it was already cold and stayed that way for probably 40 mins. Baring in mind I live in Hawaii that's pretty good going. It's comfortable to wear, odour free, and I like that the eye section can be flipped up so you can wear it around. The eye pieces don't quite sit on my eye sockets, but I do have a pretty small head so that might be why. For me it's already proved worth the money.

This is a game changer, this is what you need if you have ANXIETY, you have to keep your head cool if you have anxiety the amygdala is what gets hot and overreactive and keeping your head on ice (LOL) is very crucial to soothing your anxiety. I put this on and had instant relief; I will be getting another one for backup. The fit is great like a stretchy snug, the ice packs go all around, and it doesn't sweat condensation on the outside. I'm amazed that there aren't more ANXIETY COLD PAK products on the market. Keeping a cool head really helps. My only suggestion is that there should be an ice pak also at the top of the cap and there isn't, but that's ok because you can reposition the cap on your head thereby moving one of the ice paks to the top of the head. I will be wearing this as much as I can.

I’ve had migraines my entire life, it’s absolutely atrocious so I am always on the hunt for fun and interesting tools to curve some of that pain on days I’m waiting for meds to kick in. I generally use ice packs all the time, it just feels super great when my heads throbbing so I thought I’d give this a try. It works great, it’s a nice soft material, fits perfectly on my head and it’s not incredibly hard and uncomfy when I wear it. My only “complaint” or design issue is the ice packs don’t fill the entire compartment so when j have it on sometimes I have to shift them around to hit the right spot. I’d much prefer if the pack filled the slot better but it’s still great. I am thinking of getting another.

Works great for headaches, fits snug on my head, works great. I own two of them and when the first one warms up, I take the other one out of the freezer and put it on. Thank you!

This is the best thing I’ve found for a migraine. It has 360 degrees of ice without sweating . Hope in too for hair if needed . It is a little snug which could be uncomfortable at times if you have a larger head, so deducting a star for that.

II had my first migraine and nothing was helping. This ice 'hat' really did help the mot. Messes your hair up but when you have a migraine, you don't care if that happens. LOL. The 'hat' is well put together and easy to put on.

I love the concept of this. It seems like it would work great. But having this in the freezer or even the fridge makes it too cold to be placed on skin. The fabric between the ice packs is very thin and having this on your skin for more than 2 mins was painful. Plus the gel packs are bulky rectangles. I thought they would be a bit flatter. But it did fit nice on the face and head. It did give a bit of compression to the head, which was awesome. The material seems durable and there is a cord to tighten the top if you want it to be more hat like instead of a tube. This just wasn't for me. I wish one of the sides had a thicker, more like a felt material to protect the skin from cold damage. But there wasn't enough room to add a layer of thicker material like a wash cloth. At that point it made more sense to use a different ice pack.

While I can’t with 100% chalk up keeping my eyebrows through chemo to this hat I do think it played a major role. Way less expensive than cold capping, but I can’t speak to it keeping head hair. If you are going through chemo I would recommend buying 2 because it will lose its cool if you have multi hour infusions. It’s easier to put on than a lot of other cooling hats and I liked that I didn’t have to mess with putting in each ice pack- you just grab and go. 10/10 would buy again (but I hope I never have to)

Tengo varios productos para la cabeza, pero este realmente me convenció, cubre toda la cabeza con sus bloques de gel, no como otros que solo la parte frontal y se mantiene frío por un buen rato.

Lo uso para cuando hacer hoy calor y me refresca muchísimo . Nunca me duele la cabeza entonces no puedo opinar si es efectivo para ese uso.
