Does move around slightly on the toilet before child sits. Once seated it's no issue at all. I love the fact it comes with a detachable "splash" guard for boys. It's easy to attach and easy to clean. My toddler adores this seat.

So I got this because my daughter loves baby shark stuff, and she really likes a similar one at her school. But I was disappointed when I discovered that it slides around a lot on our toilet seat, which is round-shaped like this potty seat. We've also noticed that this sliding problem isn't specific to this design. Every time she used it it would slide off the toilet seat, beforehand we had used a basic white one that was nonskid and she asked for it back after we started using this. However, one great thing about this seat is that the splash guard works well, as long as it's not folded down. It's a little bit too wide for her so she has to move her legs out of the way, and sometimes it would get squished down. The hook that is available to purchase separately works great though and we still use it.

This is a cute potty seat to fit over standard toilets. Ours is elongated and there is a gap between the seat and the regular seat causing a bit of movement. Our little guy seemed a little uneasy sitting on it, but this was a first try. Hoping he becomes more comfortable. Had trouble figuring out how to attach the deflector until I discovered diagrams on the clear packaging the deflector was in. Also , later I found a video in the description that shows how to put on. They sell a hook that matches the seat separately, so be prepared to make that purchase or provide your own hook if you want to hang this product in a convenient location when not in use.

Best thing ever! Love the hanger part where you can hook it onto your vanity so it’s not everywhere when not in use.

Depending on the toilet you have it doesn't sit very stable. I have an oblong toilet and it slips a bit. My kiddos were made very nervous but this. I think it would fit a round toilet better.

Quality is good but don’t be fooled it’s too small for a standard toilet seat it almost fell when my toddler tried it

Not what I thought, the "cushion" is mostly plastic feeling it's not that soft. Also it moves like crazy, there's no anti slip underneath. It's a shame, the design is really cute and enticing. Will still use it
