The knob is perfect. I have a 2003 Buick Century, and one of the AC control knobs broke off. You get three in the package. I thought the black one would work, but the gray one fit better. You just put it on the protruding metal post and push firmly, slowly, steadily until it's flush with the surrounding flat panel. I pushed with my thumbs on either side of the knob; that way I was sure that I was pushing steadily and not bending the metal post. It works great. Yes, it does have a slightly different feel from the original knob, but I like it even better. And for only $6.97? Great!

Lost the heater knob for my 2002 Buick Century. These worked great. No complaints.

My Buick Century 2004 didn't have a knob to change the direction of air flow when I bought the car. So finally I researched knobs and found this site. This company sent several knobs to me assuming one would fit. This worked for me, one fits perfectly and I finally have a control knob again. The knob is made of good material and feels equal in quality to the other knobs in the car. The other knobs are shiny and this knob has a matte finish, but you can't tell by sitting in the car. I'm really pleased with the service, delivery was very fast, the product was professionally packaged and well-presented and of good material and it functions perfectly well. The knob cost me about $6.50 plus about $6.00 for shipping, a good deal for $12.50. I highly recommend this vendor...Five Stars...: )/Jayne
