Best chair massager! This targets neck, shoulder, back, lumbar with multiple settings. The air compression feels great and adds to the total massage. Bought my son one too and he loves it. May be pricey, but worth the investment.

I was surprised at how high robust this ended up being and how high quality it feels. This thing is a real unit (has serious weight to it) and the amount of functions on it is surprising for such a unit. It has 3 different vibration functions, for one, which pulse in different rhythms to help relax you. The side and bottom have inflatable bolsters which help place you tighter in the right position to benefit the most from the primary massage motors. There's a heat function as well, which feels great. The actual massage portion involved different actuation components for the neck, the back, and the lower back. The main massage function can be controlled piecemeal or in a pre-programmed pattern for a shiatsu massage (how I use it), and the entire pattern itself can be run forwards or backwards for an almost entirely different experience. The only thing id really pay attention to is that the chair you plan to place this on needs to have a long enough seat depth to house the entire bottom portion of the unit. The back has 2 velcro straps to help hold the unit in place. Overall, surprisingly satisfied with this thing. It's heavy duty - no joke - and I hope that its going to last a very long time!

I ordered this Comfier Shiatsu Neck & Back Massager Chair Pad on a Wednesday and was enjoying it in the comfort of my home on Saturday evening! There are many features about this Comfier Massager Chair Pad that I really appreciate. It's very well constructed out of quality fabric & materials, using heavy duty sewing thread and secured stitching throughout. Both the Massage Unit itself & the Neck Roller Portion feature Quality Mesh Fabric, which I feel really matters, as I have had issues with other massagers where the mesh was worn through in a short amount of time. In the Main Unit, Mesh is centered over the area where the Four 1" Back Roller Heads are located (2 on each side.) In the Neck Roller Section, the entire Washable, Removable Neck Roller Cover is made of Mesh. This portion of the unit features Two - 2" Roller Heads, (1 on each side.) I like that the Neck Massager Section offers Individual Control Settings from the Main Unit which allows me to use Both Massage Sections Simultaneously Or Separately. Comfier includes an attractive Fabric Cover Piece that attaches to the Back of the Main Unit using Very Strong Velcro. It drapes over the front of the unit and can be used to soften the intensity of the massage rollers. I leave it on as added protection for the Mesh fabric it covers. The 16" wide x 14"deep x 1.5" thick Padded Seat Cushion also features a Washable Removable Cover with a well placed, easy to manipulate zipper that makes removing/replacing the Seat Cushion Cover a breeze! The Bottom of the Seat Cushion Cover is coated in small silicone dots which act as grippers to secure placement of the cushion & main unit. NOTE: These small pieces of silicone have tiny sharp tips which might leave indents on or poke tiny holes into the surface of whatever you place the cushion on. I use a thick towel to prevent the grippers from leaving pin prick marks in my chair's leather seat. The Main Unit's Upper Section measures 31" in height x 18 1/2" in width (at widest point). As my images show, the Office Chair I was certain would be large enough to properly seat the massage pad on fell short. The Unit is a bit Larger than I imagined it would be. (For reference, my office chair seat measures 24"w x 17"d with the chair back measuring 20"H x 21"W. ) The Main Unit Also Includes 2"w Elastic Bands with Velcro Fasteners which wrap around the Back of the Chair for added stability. On another note, while some might find them to be a nuisance, I find the Wing-Like Side Sections of the Main Unit help me to feel more secure & relaxed when using the unit. Power - The unit Must be plugged into an electrical socket for power. Rest assured that Comfier did NOT skimp on Length where the cables needed to power the unit are concerned. There is an 8" section of cable permanently attached to the bottom of the main unit. That connects to a 58" long, flatter & thinner cable, the opposite end of which plugs into one end of the power supply. The portion of cable from the other end of the power supply to the wall outlet measures another 60" in length. The Remote Control for the unit measures 6.5" x 2.5". It's relatively flat and comfortable to grip. There are small Blue LED Display Lights for the Different Setting Options, HOWEVER, they are Not Bright Enough to Illuminate the Function Icons next to each blue light without an additional light source. Before I forget, I want to credit the designer of this massager chair pad for adding a conveniently placed Storage Pocket on the Main Unit to store the remote when not in use. Attention to the little details really does make a difference. Overall this is a High Quality Product Offered By A Reputable Company at an Affordable Price. UPDATE: We have had this 3 years now, and it still works great! I will pull it out of the closet, and it will get used by everyone for about a month or so. Then I’ll put it back away, and then a few months later, get it out again. Everyone gets excited each time, all over again! 😂 Earlier review: This has more functions than I even knew about! We have had this for about a week, and everyone in our family is using it or fighting over whose turn it is. Pros: The neck massager can move up or down to adjust to your height. It really rolls deep on each side of your neck. I can easily tilt my head either way just a little to chose a direct spot massage. The back massager can be set to upper back, lower back, both, or just spot in an area you choose. The back massager can either be shiatsu or just rolling. Air cushions adjust and squeeze to your size, and can be two on at once, just seat, or just sides, or none. The heat option, just amazing. The massager really gives a deep massage, it really feels great. The back of the massager is stiff and sturdy, and sits properly in our recliner, so it’s not just floppy like I was expecting. Being in the recliner, it has added an addition option! Cons: It turns off by itself after about 15-20 mins, then I have to reset it to the combination of modes I like best. There is no way to program your favorite mode. This chair is not made for short people. I’m 5’3”, lowest the neck massager and lower back massager reaches is too high on my neck and back. However, I fixed that by sitting on a folded pillow. My husband is 6’1”, and the neck massager fits him great. He has to use the folded pillow to really get to his lower back. You also have to be sure you really are scooted into seat to really reach the lower back massager deeply, with or without the pillow. Sometimes I would like just the neck massage only, but there is no option for that. The back massager must be on at all times, although with it being able to adjust, I usually just put it on rolling lower back to keep it at a minimal massage. Overall this massager is worth every penny!!! Our family loves it and I can deal with the few cons. We did the extended warranty. The quality seems really good, but you never know how long these kinds of things last.
