I can't really say that this product works. I have slept OK but I don't know if I was just tired or if this product is helping me fall asleep it's hard to determine. Being that it is hard to determine or difficult to determine the amount of money they want for this stuff is like I said in the subject it's about 10 times way too expensive. For the product that you get that keeps falling off in my suitcase and then the product discharging in my suitcase… Which is another story altogether… I just don't see how they justify their price for. It's not that great of a product. For what they charge I should be able to spray that onto my pillow plopping bed and be asleep in five minutes without any other methods or possibly melatonin etc. and this does not do that, it smells really good though. I think you're paying for a lovely smelling substance that you… I'm not sure what this darn stuff does but I don't know... Don't buy it, you're wasting your money. And if you are very curious still go ahead and buy it but I'm pretty sure you're going to come to the same conclusion that I did. It’s a very relaxing scent. I just put a little bit on my mustache. It reminds me of some breath man I used as a kid that were called.Sen Sen I was hesitant to buy it because so much stuff has synthetic garbage in it, which is a problem for me. It must all be good stuff because I enjoy the smell and it’s not giving me any breathing problems -the synthetic stuff is a pulmonary irritant

It does smell wonderful , but it doesn’t put me to sleep . And the smell does stay on your pillows / sheets for some time but as far as putting me to sleep and stay asleep it didn’t meet my expectations.
