This is the 2rd camera I bought for my appartment. This is from my own experience with Anran cameras. Connection is pretty good, quality on this camera is pretty good, been working under high summer temps also under a lot of rain (I live in a tropical country) so waterproof is def under test here with 100% success. Storage with the SD card is a must since day one, like yes buy with the camera de SD card and save yourself the hassle with cloud storage but it does work well too just a bit expensive IMO. I bought this item back in 2022 and image is still clear and sharp as this day march 2026 so yes I know what i am talking about. I use this with Cloudedge app but anran app also works. sometimes if i unplug it for over an hour may be the case i would have to reconnect so i suggest you to install in a place where its not hard for you to get code scanned by the lens easily otherwise you will be climbing for manual reconnection. All being said 5 stars 4 years ago still solid 4 years later. No im not getting paid by Anran and no the didnt gave this to me for free, bought with my money used at my house till today. Attached the photo doing justice at night of a camera that takes direct sun everyday and at night you can actually see whats happening on it with good audio too.

Excellent Security Camera, easy set up and operation is great, I had a problem with the flood light blinking off and on after some usage, so I contacted ANRAN customer support. That day the team Emailed me and asked me to send a short video of the issue and the model number of the unit. After I sent them the information, they contacted me back the next day and told me this was a hardware issue, so the team offered to send a replacement. I will give the camera a 5 Star rating, I will give the customer support team and their technicians a 10-star rating for being prompt on their response. no delays and resolving the issue with the customer in mind. Great Job.

I like that the picture is really HD, very clear. I like that I can control where I want to view, for the most part. There are issues with the panning. I have 2 existing of these cameras; my oldest (about a year) has since stopped going around 360° like it's supposed to and will not go up as far as I wish. Camera #2 is just a few months but I only recently installed it and I have issues with panning up and down. For this view, it's really important for me to be able to plan up and down because it makes a huge difference in where and how far I can see. It has not failed it just seems to have a mind of it's own especially since I use the motion tracking option. Sometimes the trees trigger it and I have some shots of the cat and a weird little creature that remains unknown as of yet. I have tried setting it to low motion detection and set it so that only man like figures would be tracked but to no avail. All in all it's ok. The price is great and the picture is great and I feel safer for having them.

Purchased this item, but was not in town to install in until last week. It turned out to be defective, but I missed the deadline for a return. I reached out to ANRAN customer support and after showing them on screen recordings the defect (it would move left and right, but not up and down) they shipped me a replacement that arrived just 3 days later. The new one works perfectly! All of my cameras are ANRAN and I love how well they all work! Much respect to ANRAN for coming through and showing what customer service really is! Bravo!

If you're looking for security cameras that work for a few months and then stop charging and their product support gives you the finger then you are at the right place. I bought over six of those cameras to have the same brand for my house and now the first set I bought a year ago aren't charging through the solar panel and customer support said yeah well it's not our problem after 1 year.

Compré esta cámara y estoy muy satisfecha con el resultado. La calidad de imagen es muy buena, incluso de noche. La instalación fue bastante sencilla y la conexión funciona sin problemas. Me da mucha tranquilidad poder ver todo desde el celular en cualquier momento.

The set up and installation are easy and straightforward. The only tricky part is when the camera has to pick up a qr code on your phone screen. It must be shaded enough for it to see the screen or it wont finish the configuration. One issue that is annoying is the need to reset the camera often. So far it has been a couple times per week. I dont know if it is due to a power outage or not but the camera will go offline until I go through the reset procedure. Which means i need to get out the ladder and physically press the reset button and go through the config process once again. Making sure i dont do it in bright sunlight because i cant shade my phone screen enough for it to read the qr code.
