This stuff is worth having on hand. I like it better than a styptic pencil, as it seems more sanitary than rubbing what amounts to a piece of chalk over a bleeding cut. These containers are quite small, smaller than I anticipated, but I don't use it quickly at all, so I guess that's OK. If you have razor burn/ bumps, rubbing some of this on right after shaving seems to diminish the irritation.

So much better than traditional styptic stick. The sticks drip and melt and get sharp and irritate your face and break into bits. These jars of styptic are far superior. Use a damp ear bud to apply or even your finger. Much more accurate application.
