This works great! Multiple codes can be used, and I use this for my closet door application due to eye store, handguns, and it keeps children and people out! Very easy to install, and great value for the money. The battery life lasts twice as long if you use lithium batteries.

Still working and its nice to have a key for backup in case the electronics fail.

Update: another one broke down, see video, it doesn't lock anymore, don't buy this junk! Honestly, the battery life on this lock is probably longer than the lock itself. I doubt the batteries will ever die because the locks will most likely break first. We bought 12 of these for our large house, and after about 1.5 years, they’re all starting to fail one by one. What happens is that after a while, the lock just stops locking—you can still open the door, but the mechanism won’t engage anymore. It's an internal issue. So far, we've had refunds for 2 locks, but now 4 of them are broken, and it's becoming a real headache. It's not just about getting a refund; it’s the hassle that comes with dealing with these constant failures. If they had lasted 4 or 5 years, I wouldn’t complain, but 1.5 years? That’s ridiculous for a product like this, especially when you rely on it for security.

Had a few issues with installation (aligning, combination set up) but well made and once installed works decently. The light up key pad is a nice feature but doesn't activate until you hit first # so if you touch wrong one have to clear and start over. Also, doorknob itself is larger then I expected. Does the job and appears sturdy and good value for money.

I bought this smart door knob to replace a a smart door knob I had..I had a thumbprint one from another brand, which was annoyingly inconsistent. I came across this number button one, and I still wanted the option to use a key. This door knob is perfect. The directions were easy to follow, and programming was a breeze. I like that I can give the code to close family and friends if I need them to come by when I’m not home..almost like the garage door keypads out there. Highly recommend

Very impressed with this door knobs features. I like that you can set a timer for the outer part of the door knob to self lock / disengage making it inoperative. I also like that I can give each person their individual code that needs access. well worth the money.

It was a nice feature, but it stopped working after 3 years.

This door lock has been received in good condition. However, the passcode and including default master passcode even though are working OK, showing greenlight, the door is still locked most of the time (on average 1 out of 6 times working). I oblige to use the key provided most of the time to get myself inside the house. So disappointed and waste of money. Buying online has a drawback if things are not working well as expected.

I bought three of these and only one works correctly. It is not an alignment issue as it doesn't work when the door is open either. All the online trouble shooting have not worked. Won't buy these again.
