Used them for the first time. Enjoyed the fragrance & easy to apply on the foot. Will need to use long term to see if they truly work to reduce stress.

This is my 1000% honest assessment of these Nuubu foot pads. I can’t say either way if the detoxification aspect of these pads is legitimate. I do wake up with the pads having turned black while sleeping. I would love to think that I’m somehow flushing toxins while snoozing. What I can confidently say is while wearing these pads I’ve had some of the best sleep of my life. I offered a few pairs to three different Buddies. One thought that it may have improved his nights sleep a little bit. My two other Buddies flat out said it was their best night sleep in years. Why? I’m not sure why or how but I’m giving five stars for the sweet dreams these have brought me.

The product came quickly. It’s easy to use and stayed in place for 6-7 hrs. Both patches turned black in the morning every morning. There is no lightening there. It’s moist with black slightly sticky stuff on your feet in the morning but easily washed off. What I don’t understand is why? Was the sweat from your feet in contact with the substance in the patch that turned the patch black or was it truly something toxic being pulled out from your body via your feet? Can the seller provide an explanation with some scientific evidence? Do I feel any difference after using them for five days? Not really. But it is not known how long you need to use these to see any physical impact that is not an placebo effect. That is my trial experience. Is there any harm done!? No. No allergic reaction either. I also found a dozen of similar patches on sale on the market. They all have one ingredient in common, the bamboo vinegar. It seems it is worth to look into what it does. Thank you.

These were ok not the greatest it did pull some toxins out of my feet just hard to keep them on during the night. Not for people that can’t sleep with socks on like me

Its crazy but i have been first using another brand of this for about 10 days and now am using Nuubu and my feet pads are still very dark the next morning. I must have a lot of toxins! I thought it would get lighter. But on the other hand, its hard to say yet - but - and this is BIG - I think i am sleeping better. Can't understand that but i have been an insomniac my entire life {long} so this is super. I will probably order more if this continues. They are well made and extremely easy to apply.

My feet ache, burn, swell all the time. These pads are the only thing I have tried that really helps. They start with a mild tingle, then a very mild cool feeling. I noticed a change within 15 minutes. I was actually able to sleep a solid 4 hrs without having to get up and run water on my feet or take something for pain. I have already re-ordered. Planning to share with my son. He has horrible problems with his feet thanks to steel toes. I know this will help him.

Great set of foot pads. Other reviewers in Japan swear by them. Wrapping legs in cabbage is also an alternative to using these pads. Gets rid of toxins from the body. Thanks.
