運動不足解消のため色々と縄跳びを探しましたがこちらにしてみました。 ボクシング経験者ですが、特に不満もなく長さ調整も簡単でした。 エクササイズとしてはこれで充分なのではと思います。 今のところ絡まることもなく何の不具合もありません。 重さもちょうどよいかと思います。 高級なものを買って眠らせてしまうより、５００円そこそこで購入できるこの縄跳びを買って使用するのがコスパもよいのではないかと思います。 正直ほかの商品にあるようなカウント機能なんて使う意味がありませんし、タイマーで時間をはかればよいと思いますしね。 個人的にはお勧めできる商品かと思います。
