Bikini Sticks Water Enhancer

These are amazing! I tried this out initially because I’m trying to be healthier but I absolutely have to end each meal on a sweet note. Not only did this satisfy my sweet tooth, it also kept me full longer since I was drinking so much water because it tasted so good! I typically do half a packet in a 24 oz water bottle. This is my perfect level of sweetness but I’d recommend testing it out first and diluting as needed.

This has massive amounts of B-12 in it. As in 12,000% of your daily need- in the fine print. It will cause sleeplessness 14-16 hours later & heart palpitations. Dont think it gives u energy, you will be tired while sleepless. Too much B-12. Who can work out when they cant sleep? Try something else.

I love these stick. They really help with my sweet tooth and keep me full longer in between meals. It gives you a nice boost of energy to get you through the day and your workout.

It worked but not as well as it advertised. I would say I lost about 5-6 pounds of bloat around my midsection. The tea in the evening was really delicious, too. The other items you had to drink were ok in flavor, but not bad tasting.

I love the taste!

No complaints about the taste. Definitely can add it to more water than the package says or else it tastes too sweet. Need to shake it frequently or it can get slightly gritty at the bottom. Not sure how much it helps other than to end up drinking more water and feeling more full etc.

Too sweet.

This product expired a year ago. It wouldn’t even dissolve in water.
