Pros: The pictures printing experience is great with the Epson software where it's very easy to pick different layouts for mixing multiple pictures for an A4 print. The results were great allowing to create framed pictures at home with ease. It also works fine for regular use for kids projects or any other document printing. Easy to print using laptop as well as with mobile. Cons: There is a wait time of 10+ seconds after giving the print command and before the printer starts any activity. Initial setup involves good amount of time and effort.

The Clicktech company is sending used or refurbished on festival seasons to fool the consumer and run behind warrenty or services and customer cares . By the time you reach the service team your return period is over due to festive season. Should always check product once we receive or else we will be fooled with such deliveries . I got one which has scanner issue and feeder is not fitted properly . Colour quality is ok . Ink consumption is high than actual declared. Installation was quick through smart device . Durability of the product not sure as all the cover parts are made thin . A small miss handle may lead most of parts breakdown.

This printer not use

First time ever I got a defective product, Didn't even use it for a month because was finding proper space for it in office, then finally installed it an came to know that it had a scaning error that actually printed black lines on scanned documents. Wifi worked well got good prints but it's really hard to understand things i saw YouTube to solve few problems. The scaning error was taken care of by the espon company themselves, didn't had to do much, just 2 emails an there guy was in the office to solve the problem. Good service i guess. It's a good pocket friendly ink printer.

Product is Good. Till now no issue while printing. Document scanning also good. Color Image quality is little low but does the job. Normal document printing wise it's good.

However, setup was a bit more complicated than expected, and the print speed is average at best. Wireless connectivity can occasionally be unreliable, which was frustrating. That said, the after-sales service was good. When I reached out to Epson support about connectivity issues, they were responsive and helped resolve the problem quickly. Overall, it's a fair product for home use, but there's room for improvement.
