These are a perfect match for on my JL Wrangler fender. In the photo the top rivet is this one and the bottom is the OE. Although the tool would make it easier to install if you’re doing a lot of these, they can be installed without any special tools (like I did) and still work perfectly. Just YouTube how to install plastic rivets without tool.
