Absolutely does not work It is put together correctly. It is adjusted correctly. I have followed all of the directions precisely. I have watched countless videos online for help. This is a giant heap of junk and does not work. Don’t waste your money. I’m now beyond the return window, so now I have a piece of garbage and in the hole about $200. Support is nonexistent.

This cream separator works perfectly and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s very sturdy, well-built, and an excellent value for the money. I’ve owned other separators in the past that didn’t hold up well or felt flimsy—this one does not disappoint. One very important tip: make sure you take it completely apart and clean it very, very, very well before storing it or using it again. If it isn’t cleaned properly, bacteria can grow inside and contaminate future milk. As long as you stay on top of cleaning, it works flawlessly. We’ve only used it for cow’s milk, and it has performed great every time. Solid product and highly recommended if you’re willing to maintain it properly.

It was a bit tricky to figure out, had a big leak at first, but now it’s going good. Instructions could be WAY better…

We tried following the printed instructions, not good enough to follow. Tried youtube. Little better but the pieces weren't marked the same. Got it together, we thought. Ran water smoothly at first then a loud grinding noise, shut off immeditely. May try again or send this model back.we are over this thing. We have tried several times to fix it. Contacted Amazon. We would have to send it back. We Live in a very rural area and that just isn’t an easy process. So basically we are stuck with product that doesn’t work. When reviews are bad or so so, RUN

Materiales de calidad. Muy buen funcionamiento. Fácil de instalar. Lo único malo es la parte de plástico blanca por donde se regula la crema, como es de plástico es fácil de que se llegue a barrer, de lo de más un 10. Aparte soy de Guerrero, México y el impuesto que cobran por la importación del producto es demasiado alto Amazon te cobra un impuesto de importación y aparte la duana o DHL te cobra otro impuesto que juntos llegan a ser como si compraras otra máquina. Y solo por eso como no dicen eso hasta que la compras de que si no lo pagas en el momento no te lo dan le do 4 estrellas ya que el producto es pero no avisan del súper costó que te cobra la aduana o DHL y que lo tienes que tener al momento por qué si no en 3 días devuelven tu producto y no te reembolsa el dinero que te cobró de impuesto Amazon.

Está mal hecho, con orillas filosas. Y el tambor aún vacío raspa contra las orillas. Es un peligro
