I wanted to love it, but not what I’d expected
I followed instructions exactly. My hair is a level 8 with streaks of 9 that both pull a bit too much gold. I was hoping to neutralize that brassy stuff in favor of a more neutral blonde or even gray. Online videos and reviews led me to believe this product would do that. Honestly, the outcome is the same as when I apply purple shampoo as a toner.

Didn’t do anything for my hair
Top part of my hair is the grays that are growing out .( my natural hair) the bottom part is the high lights I had done months ago. So I figured this would make my hair all white so I can speed the process but as u can see it didn’t do anythinggggg at all. I did step by step what the instructions said. This was a waist of money. $20 down the drain. I’m so disappointed

Me ha gustado mucho el resultado. Me encanta. Buscaba un tono rubio plata y lo he conseguido! Estoy encantada. Es ideal para quitar los tonos amarillos/naranjas. Genial!!!
