does not hold a full loaf of bread.....isn't that the idea as it is called a BREADBOX

I really like this bread box and especially since it solved a storage problem in an odd corner of my kitchen. It hold a LOT of stuff. I like the clear glass so I can see at a glance what is in there. Although the assembly wasn't super hard, it did take far longer than I expected. The glass panel is also extremely delicate and I felt I had to handle with light fingers not to break. But once all together, it is sturdy, although -- again, the glass panel still seems delicate and would probably break if the door panel were just dropped on the counter even once.

I like the look and the corner space, however, it was time consuming to assemble and it is not very good quality for backing and interior shelf. Opening and closing the front panel feels like it will break off as the hinges are not large and it doesn't feel like it will last very long. If I had seen this in a store, I would not have purchased at that price.
