Ordered this to relax my feet. It just soothes and clam your muscles for a while. Try it!

This stuff is great. I also use this brand of lotion, but the roll on is easier to apply so my hands don't get the lotion on them, and I like that this is easier to toss in my bag. I use the roll on more for my neck, shoulders, and upper back for relief from tension and sore muscles after working on the computer all day. It helps with some types of headaches as well. Both products work well, this form is just more convenient sometimes.

After suffering nerve pain and inflammation to back of knee for some months and using anti inflammatory creams and.painkillers, I decided to give this a try based on reviews. Not sure if its a coincidence, but after using twice a day over a period of time, the nerve pain is almost gone. I still have wear and tear in my knee and its still stiff and uncomfortable, but the horrible throbbing nerve pain is gone after many many months.

Seems to be giving me relief in my sore calves and knees. Goes on easy and I like that smell is minimal.
