Superb massager for adults
Different modes, different pressure levels, heating option. Superb compression and kneading mode. Awesome product. Total relaxation to feet, valves and thighs. Perfect massager for old age, prescribed physiotherapy.

No warranty product sold stating 1 year warranty
In less than six months, the product stopped working, and the company refused to provide any service. Effectively, the product has no warranty. It is also extremely difficult to contact the company’s service centre — there is no email ID or phone number provided on Amazon, and the numbers available online are invalid. I had to search through multiple pages just to find a contact. After continuous follow-ups for 3–4 months, Amazon assured a reverse pickup and refund process. However, after delaying it further, Amazon also refused both the refund/replacement and the product pickup. It clearly appears that Amazon is supporting BeatXP in these unethical business practices.

Beat XP has serious quality issues
The product did not work. Air compression never worked. They raised a return request. The product for return was to be picked up on January 21, 2024. The courier did not show up. The status showed that courier refused to pick up over some issue. I raised a query on January 23, 2024.they told me since it is refused by courier they will do an enquiry and nothing can be done till January 28, 2024. When I checked again on January 28, 2024 the product's return timeline was closed. I am not going to buy ever again anything from AMAZON. They have lost me as a customer. Thanks, Amazon for the wonderful experience.

The product does the job but the heating function is limited to knee region . The heat is not very strong

It works like a person is pressing your legs. From foot to thigh. With the price of 3900 it is worth a buy. 3 speed and 3 mode with remote is added for you taste and need.
