***Just to send some encouragement, I posted this originally when I was barely testing positive for pregnant, but holding my breath in that vulnerable early detection window.. Turns out.. Somehow the combination of Proov’s LH strips for the ovulation spike, PDG strips to confirm ovulation, then using the Pro supplements and Balancing oil for the last two weeks of the cycle WORKED. This company is run by women, was created by a woman with fertility issues (I did my research before investing in this group of products - they seem expensive but they realistically aren’t if you consider the cost of months of things you’ve already tried or the immeasurable cost of the range of emotions, or your time scouring the internet for solutions - let’s admit, the internet can be terrifying with fertility “rabbit holes” so to speak) it’s “PROOV-EN” itself to be priceless. This supplement brought my levels from a 2.3 on the proov pdg strips, to a 7.0 (as high as the confirm strips go)! This is a nice replacement for progesterone. I wasn't positive I was deficient, so instead I took this natural supplement and saw incredible improvement! The numbers do not lie!

Okay so I am writing a review and will update as needed. Let’s first start off saying I don’t think I have ever actually done a review 😂 I am going on three years of ttc since my last miscarriage. Specialists, letrozole sooo many things trying to get my body where it needs to me. I started Proov Pro 2dpo. I have never had my pdg rise so significantly an so soon! This tells me my body is doing exactly what it needs!! The only thing I changed this cycle is adding this supplement! Now every woman’s body is different but my mindset I was like screw it what do I have to lose and I am so happy I gave it a go this cycle!’

I tried Proov Pro to support hormone balance and fertility, and while I noticed some minor improvements, it unfortunately upset my stomach. The supplement itself seems well-formulated, and I like that it focuses on progesterone support, but the digestive discomfort was a dealbreaker for me. I’m giving it 3 stars because it may work well for others, but it didn’t agree with me personally. If you have a sensitive stomach, proceed with caution.

At 39 yrs old I had an early miscarriage at 6 weeks (4th pregnancy). After doing a bunch of research I learned that as we age our progesterone levels can lower and you need higher numbers for pregnancy implementation. I had been regularly using the Proov LH strips each month to track and monitor my ovulation and fertility window. But every month after my miscarriage I was not able to keep a pregnancy. About 5 months after I decided to start taking the Proov Pro supplement and got pregnant the next month! I have been able to keep this pregnancy and am now 34 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy! I fully believe this supplement played a huge part in being able to get pregnant again and to keep my pregnancy! Highly recommend taking if you are trying to get pregnant and are of “advanced maternal age”.

Pro- Did what it was supposed to! Took 2 pills a day the last 15 days of my cycle and success! Not pregnant yet, BUT I have 24-25 day cycles and this helped get my cycle to 27 days! I’m looking forward to continuing to take it the next few cycles to hopefully get my cycle to 28-30. Cons- I. FELT. AWFUL. I mean cold sweats, headaches, nausea. the entire time I took it. The last 7 ish days I started taking it right before bed around 9pm each night and that helped, but I still felt pretty terrible haha

I have thyroid issues (hypothyroidism) and PCOS, so when I say I have horrible cramps, I mean feels as bad as my miscarriage I had earlier this year and that was HORRIBLE. My hormones are crazy all over the place, due to this and I’ve been struggling with fertility issues. Every month when the negative came, I could always rely on the horrible pain to remind me of another failure. Ofc, I got the doctor working to get my TSH in order now, but before I even knew how bad my thyroid was I had stumbled across these and the Goddess tea from Avery Apothecary. These two together have given me such relief when it came to the pain and heavy bleeding. I am now down to such a small ache that painkillers are not necessary. I still have a far way to go on my fertility journey, but hopefully after my thyroid is reigned in and the continuation of these, maybe I’ll finally catch my break. I haven’t been watching the length of the luteal phase as religiously as some, but looking at the past 4 reports on natural cycles it’s been going from 10 days to 14-15 days. Not too bad. I haven’t had any obvious reactions to it, I always take them right before bed and sleep through the next 7 hours so maybe that helps.
