Unit works fine-very nice looking but takes over a hour to cool down!

I've tried lots of two-burner hot plates from recognized manufacturers, but this Cusimax is hands-down the very best. Heats fast with either or both burners; it's heavy-duty and well-constructed of quality materials; looks good and lasts for years. This is the second one I've bought. The first one lasted seven years. Can't go wrong on this one.

Worked great for a bit over 4 weeks. Then nothing. No lights no heat tried other outlets. Still nothing. On my third week to get the company to respond. Almost 70. Down the drain. Don’t waste your money.

Purchase it for a friend and he loved it.

I dont have a stove in my apartment right now and this works pretty ok. The large burner was fine for a few weeks but heats much less than the small one. However the small burner gets as hot as I ever need and can warm large pans of water or stock. So overall it meets my needs. The dials on the front are awkward to use to be honest. Top of stove ones would be better

Takes 40 plus minutes to boil water.

Have only used it once so limited experience so far. Nice looking and doesn’t feel “cheap “ . Seems to heat up quite high so that’s fine, BUT! CAUTION !! The whole thing gets hot!! Including the controls so be careful even turning it off and the off control is on the back side so you have to reach over everything hot to use it.

It started rusting after a few months use. I don't recommend.
