Very good blue tooth wireless mouse
Needed the USB-A port on my HP laptop for something else so needed to eliminate the wireless mouse. This one from HP is a great replacement for the one I have been using. It actually is slightly better ergonomically than what I have. A bit longer so it is more comfortable to use. The click on the left and right buttons is nice. Scroll wheel works great is nice and smooth. Has two buttons on the left side that shift right or left on the screen. This is proving very useful as well. Runs off 1 AA battery and a Duracell is provided. The instruction sheet is mostly pictorial and I found several of them a bit confusing but mice aren't complicated so no problems there. Pictures show to turn on blue tooth on the computer then press the button on top of the mouse for 3 seconds and it will pair with the device. I am running Windows 10 on an HP laptop and that didn't work. I simply started Settings, selected blue tooth section and clicked on the connect a new device button. After a few seconds the mouse was shown as an option simply clicked that and it paired no problem. Nice smooth motion on the mouse so works quite well. The various buttons can be programmed for other tasks but you have to download the software from HP's web site. I wasn't interested so haven't done so so don't know how well all of that works. The mouse has the capability to be paired with up to 3 computers and selection is controlled by a button on top of the mouse. I don't need to pair to other devices so haven' tried it but the button is conveniently located. Highly recommend that you consider this mouse if looking for one that uses blue tooth.

Best Affordable BT Mouse I've Tried! Perfect for Home, Office, when Travelling, etc.
Gets the job done perfectly using BT connection, no noticeable input delay, multiple device connectivity, only the essentials w/ a couple programmable buttons. The DPI is perfect for me, and it takes almost no time at all to get used to- I'm having noticeably less miss-clicks than my previous USB adapter mouse. it may be a bit fast if you're older and used to those snail-paced DPI wired desktop mice (like my Dad, haha). The silent clicks are perfect for an office or home setting, and I really like the top-off battery compartment rather than the typical "push & slide" ones which would occasionally come loose when travelling. This mouse is perfect if you want to use it at both home and office since it can connect and switch devices quickly and easily. I don't play video games on PC so I cannot testify to its performance in gaming- but if you're playing a high-precision ping-based online video game, the delay may become much more noticeable. Seriously, though, if you're looking for a affordable mouse that just gets the job done without any unnecessary frills or fuss- this is the one, I recommended it to a couple coworkers and they liked it way more than their previous mice as well!

A great mouse for HP products.
I must admit, I'm a mouse user. I particularly like the fact that it connects to my HP laptop without needed something that goes in the USB port (and gets lost when I use the port for other things, making it cost-effective!). It's been reliable, the battery lasts a long time, and it hasn't minded being dropped a bunch of times.

Nice sensitivity, easy setup. Portable for laptop use without having wires!
I have this great wireless mouse installed on my laptop. The laptop has built in Bluetooth, and installation was almost effortless. This mouse will stay installed on this machine. It is sensitive, and works on almost all surfaces (including my pant leg). The top plastic piece is the battery cover. The edges are a little too sharp for me, not sharp enough to cut. After some time using the mouse, I felt it was not as comfortable as other HP mice. If you are a lefty, the side buttons may be awkward. Remember to switch it off when not in use.

Works perfectly with 2 systems.
Other than that fact that I don't like loud clicking sound it generate during operation, it works flawlessly. I have 2 of them and connect both to two laptops and they switch back and forth without any hesitation. I can use either of these with either of laptop by one clip and it never fails to connect. You can customize the side buttons but it requires HP software to run the customized operation. Without software running it works with default settings. Battery life is pretty good. To further increase the battery life it had a mechanical power off switch which is easy to operate.

Very good feel
I have only had this mouse for a short while, but so far I like it quite a bit. It has a very good feel, smooth operation of both the pointer and the scroll wheel, and it's a good size for me. That doesn't seem like much to rave about, but I have had several mice recently for which it was not the case and I'm glad to finally have one that works well. I have not yet tried the capability to easily switch between different computers. That's not something I need to do a lot, but it seems like it might be handy. One thing I did not realize when I ordered it is that this mouse has silent clicks. I would actually prefer to have audible clicks, but it does have a good tactile feel to the clicks, which helps to make up for it. Added later -- I have grown to like the silent clicks, as long as there is a good tactile feel to the clicks, as there is for this mouse. So I have increased my rating from four to five stars. UPDATE: Over past years, I have had several wireless mice of the type that connect to a USB dongle. Every time, after a while I would start having trouble -- behaving sluggishly or something like that. I think maybe some sort of interference with the signal, though from what I don't know. Anyway, this time I decided to try a mouse that connected via Bluetooth. I'm happy to report that, after six months, the mouse is still working well. Hallelujah!

Not very happy with this one.
I'll start with the pro. Key travel is good, and it's not loud. For the cons: 1. It's mac layout. Being an HP keyboard I expected that yes it would work with mac and other Apple devices but that it would be a bit more Windows forward as it relates to the key placement. But instead, the Windows key and alt keys were reversed in their placement, similar to how it is when running Windows on a macbook. This was not at all to my liking. 2. Pairing is a pain! I've used other bluetooth keyboards that paired with no need of a code. Problem is, as a screen reader user, my screen reader was NOT reading the code, so for the life of me, for the longest time I could not figure out why the thing wouldn't pair. 3. No page up, page down, home or end keys. Even on many compact keyboards that don't normally have these keys on the keyboard itself, they can still be used by pressing fn and one of the arrow keys. Not with this one. 4. FN lock doesn't stay on when you turn the device off and back on. I will quite litterally never use any of the hotkeys a lot of these manufacturers are wanting to program in place of standard function keys. However, I use standard function keys all the time! I found it rather annoying that fn lock would shut off any time the keyboard was turned off to save battery. So, what would end up happening is that I would turn it on when needed, then go to press a standard function key combination like alt f4, and instead of doing what was expected, it would do something completely different, whatever was assigned to that key unless fn was used to make it a standard function key, but having to add fn to already well known key commands can be hard, and make for some rather unusual and uncomfortable finger contortions. Would send this back but unfortunately before I discovered all of this, I made the mistake of throwing out the box.

Great Bluetooth mouse.
Very nice Bluetooth mouse. Very easy to setup and use. Rated battery life should provide lots of use with each battery. The mouse is low profile, comfortable and very responsive to the movement.
