Safety capacitors are only as safe as they are. And who knows? They work and the values are close enough

I restore a lot of vintage equipment that tends to come with RIFA paper/foil safety capacitors. These replacements are both smaller and not prone to fail catastrophically like the old RIFA. The selection is good, some values I'll never use I'm sure but the overall value is great.

Works fine lasts a long time.
