This medicine had me bounce back a week faster from my 2 weeks chemotherapy transfusion schedule. The fatigue and awful feeling you get from it cannot be described, but this helped me through it. This medicine also helped me get back to natural testosterone production when I decided to come off of TRT after my chemotherapy. I cannot recommend shilajit enough. For your regular guy, shilajit will help with generalized fatigue and maybe a few extra reps. Great stuff. For anyone with serious illness that gives fatigue, like cancer, I also recommend it. Cannot say if it helped with the actual cancer, but it did with chemotherapy. I also ought to mention anyone worrying about cancer should be eating apricot seeds on the daily for their targeted cell death effect on cancer cells (they contain amygaldin a cyanide molecule that is only activated by an enzyme produced my cancer cells).

I wish I could give Nootropics Depot more than 5 stars. I love this company, and they also have the best and most understanding customer service, which is a huge plus!

I have been drinking this in my pre-workout and protein smoothies for a while now. Not really sure if it does anything.....

This seems to be what it says it is. My energy, and mood have really improved since I added this.

In all fairness I just got the product and from my reading it seems to be gold standard. Taste okay. really want to try for a little longer for assessment of Shilajit it's self. Con's for me is the packaging not measurement tool. and no directions on how to convert to a usable amount. I did ask on Amazon and got good info. for conversion and dosage. why this isn't included in package is beyond my understanding. And by this point in searching for how much to take the logo on the packaging it really unreadable. I know it's trendy and cool but if I can't read it to get help then what's the point. Legibility goes a long way in marketing for me.

I emailed the company asking for a tsp comparison and they then told me I have to buy a mg scale to weight it out for dosing every day. That's some nonsense. But I did the work myself. I bought the mg scale and found out 1/4 leveled tsp is 590mg so for everyone wanting to dose, go by that. I do believe I have more energy and libido from this product, but time will tell.
