We got though several 1-2 rolls a month. I needed to buy a 2nd to help productivity. This is easy enough to go to zebras website and download their software/drivers. This 200 some dpi is enough. The higher quality/higher dpi is unnecessary as the thermal print will wear off over time while handling it. If you want to increase the thermal printed letters/numbers wrap clear scotch/packaging tape around it so we he wording doesn’t wear off. Overall good product.

Great printer. We use it with Labelview with no hassles at all. USB connected so we don't use the network features, which look pretty complicated to configure. You pay more for a Zebra, but you get what you pay for!

I chose "slightly used option" I've worked with Zebra printer for years! this item is definitely faulty, it was actually new but sold as slightly used and I clearly see why - it it just BAD. I bought it for my new business, I missed 30 days window because I had to have a label printer even the one with so many issues. So this printer has constant malfunctions, it keeps getting disconnected or not being recognized, I'm so upset! it works once out of 10 times, I literally have to restart and reset it 20 times a day. My pos software works only with zebras so even their customer service is at lost and said the printer itself is a faulty one

High quality prints and easy to use with my Mac.

I used to have the older model which I still use after 4yrs with 0 issues. So we got this one for another store, unfortunately the barcodes started to become dull and the scanners couldnt read the codes and had to return.

Labels printout fast and don’t jam. Good quality printer.

Amazon said this item was backordered but 1 Clicktech sent it quickly. There was some confusion given the mixed messages from Amazon, but 1 Clicktech was super responsive and cleared things up very quickly. The printer works great in my small business.

I’ve tried everything. Either my barcode prints so tiny you cannot see it or it prints and is split off the label. I have square pos and followed every direction I can find on anything. I don’t want to give up but I need something that can work.

Update: reached out to the seller who did everything they could to make it right. Thank you so much. Ordered this new and paid extra for an Ethernet module that was supposed to be installed. Unit that arrived does not have an Ethernet module installed. This isn't usable and it took 2 weeks to arrive and I now get to deal with a refund process.

Often jam up with my sticker. Even tho I also use cable it often would disconnect with the server. Programing is great with this.

I have not been able to set up the printer because of two reasons. First the unit did not come with a user manual, which we have had to try and find on-line so that we can set up the printer to our system to ensure it works. The other item is that it would have been nice to a partial roll of labels so that we could at least test it. Consequently we have had to waste a lot of time to get everything we need to work with the printer. We are still waiting for thermal labels so that we can set up and try everything.

Took hours to set up, had to pay $100USD to download a driver for a mac to make it print labels, still cannot get it to print receipts. Not impressed at all. They need to spend some time to work out drivers and a better set up and configuration..... if I cannot get this printer to work properly we will be returning. Not impressed at all considering the cost is about 5x the price of others, it should be a lot better, easier and straight forward, not a headache. I would not recommend this unless you are an IT expert.
