Me costó pillarle el truco. No hay que usar NADA de aceite. Las tortitas quedan muy bien, pero a mis hijas les han parecido pequeñas… prefieren de mayor diámetro.

This is the most amazing pan I have ever purchased. It makes great egg omelettes! I used melted butter, before adding eggs; but, I don't think it would have mattered. I cooked my eggs scrambled with milk, on low; flipped with a slim silicone scrapper; then, added meat and cheese. The eggs came out very easy...didn't stick. I plan to purchase another one, just in case it becomes unavailable later. But, the pan is extremely sturdy, and well made. I love it!
