Purchased for my 3yr old birthday. She is bigger than most three year olds. She's a lot taller than the item. She would have enjoyed it longer if we purchased it last year. The item comes with the kitchen accessories. It doesn't come with barbie furniture. I purchased a twin barbie bed separately, but it was too wide and hung off the edge. The barbie house floors are narrow. Be mindful when ordering separate furniture. It took two of us to put it together. Some of the predrilled holes were not drilled all the way down, so it took some arm power, if you don't have an electric screw driver. I thought, how frustrating to put together for single grandma's raising grandkids. My daughter is happy and enjoys it.
