I stack this with tongkat ali and after a week or so I definitely feel better physically and mentally, more energy and more vitality

No positive effects felt, some negative effects on mood. No impact on libido. Unsure if there was any active ingredient, so hard to know if you are what is claimed. Will not be purchasing again
