Great. Just wondering where people are getting the n2o chargers from struggling to source them?

We wanted to try to reproduce the cocoa whip from hotel Chocolat café. It came out great; nice thick whip with just double cream and chocolate flakes. Getting hold of the N2O chargers was a bit of a pain, but the cannister worked well and held pressure for several days in the fridge.

I bought the Sivaphe Cream Dispenser as part of a Mother’s Day gift for my mum, who loves Hotel Chocolat hot chocolates. I had already planned to get her the Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser, and while browsing the American version of their site, I noticed they used this exact cream dispenser for topping their drinks. That sold it for me! I also bought the correct cream chargers (N2O) to go with it—but be warned: the ones Amazon often recommends are for soda machines (CO2), not for whipping cream, so don’t make that mistake. I couldn’t find the right ones here on Amazon, so I ordered mine from discountcream.co.uk. A few tips for functionality: • Keep the dispenser in the fridge at all times—it helps the cream stay fresh and whip properly. • You’ll need to shake it way more than the instructions suggest. Expect to really put some elbow into it! • The first time using it, I ended up with liquid cream squirting everywhere. It’s definitely a bit messy at first, but with a bit of practice, it gets easier. • A regular pot of double cream lasts about 2–3 days in the dispenser if kept cold. It’s not the worst in terms of value for money—the dispenser itself is reasonably priced—but once you factor in the cost of the chargers, it can get a little pricey. That said, it’s absolutely worth it for the fun and the little luxury it adds, especially if you’re into making drinks feel extra special. Now the dispenser lives in our fridge permanently—either filled with cream or waiting for the next round. My mum loves the whole setup. Would definitely recommend if you enjoy the treat!

Solid build quality with a nice selection of nozzles. Struggled to source the nitrous since the new law but went online to a company who sell with a declaration. Works great.

Very sturdy build, makes excellent whipped cream, is easy to use and clean and is compatable with most standard chargers.

I was so disappointed! Fizzy milk/ cream tastes disgusting! Great for carbonated drinks but otherwise avoid!

Good dispenser, but a bit of the colour came off (got the black aluminium version) after a first wash in dishwasher and I didn’t even had the wash set on the highest temperature.

It took 2 fill ups to figure it out but this dispenser works great! TIP: I pump 4-5 pumps of caramel pecan syrup in bottom, fill with heavy cream leaving 2.5 to 3 inches of space in container, close, light shake and turn upside down for 20 seconds, add C02 cartridge, place in fridge, shake 6-8 times, then have at it!! Amazing homemade flavored whipping cream!
