The flexibility to have it rolling or wear it on your back is great. However after 2 days, the bow fell off. After slightly less than 2 weeks of school use, the whole back seam along the back and bottom ripped! She doesn’t carry any heavy books either!

It appears I received an incomplete item. Descriptions says it contains a lunch bag, and after searching the bigger bag for a few minutes I only found the wheels and pencil case.

My daughter uses it for school. She doesn’t have to carry heavy backpack anymore. I do wish that the pockets for water bottles on the sides were deeper though.
