Good quality as expected

I have purchased 04 lock. But technical it can't be fitted because it stated that square spindle is 9 cm but actually it 7.8 cm. Due to that when door suddenly closed one side handle not working. Please send the review to company for help.

The quality is good but details about the product are missing. We had tough time fixing it to replace an existing lock. The holes did not match. Also the thickness of the door has to be checked against the lock thickness , ours was a little more and had to be filed down. The key being on one side forces it to fit doors with lock on the right if you want the key side to be outside. We had to open the lock assembly and reverse the latch. So there were issues which could have been resolved if details were mentioned correctly. Better to give all measurements in detail on a photo.

Good product

This product is excellent. Looks elegant and matches with the decor. Heavy duty and at this price it is certainly value for money. Addition to this Review: The seller has extremely good after sales service. I lost a couple of screws during installation. Asked for a call back and he called immediately. Listened to the problem and promptly sent the screws through courier. This is impressive 👏

Not satisfied looks good but doesn't work well , if you want to by for temporary basis you can go for it
