True Ceylon cinnamon — clean, gentle, and actually useful for daily health
This is real Ceylon cinnamon, which is why I chose it. Most people don’t realize there’s a big difference between Ceylon and common cassia cinnamon. Ceylon is much gentler, lower in coumarin, and better suited for daily use, especially if you’re taking it for blood sugar balance or metabolic support. The quality here is excellent — fresh, finely ground, and easy to take. I’ve had no stomach irritation or side effects, which I’ve experienced before with stronger cassia cinnamon supplements. I use this as part of a routine focused on blood sugar stability, cravings, and overall metabolic health, and I like knowing I’m using a form that’s safer long-term. This is basicallly good, but...
Some people may have the problem I have, in that the capsule tends to stick to the esophagus and not descend to the stomach for a long time. It leads me to wonder whether all capsules will be like that for me. Or it may be simply weird and not show up for others. I'm on the fence about taking it anyway, because it IS that good otherwise!

This works...Lowered my A1C!
This supplement works. My recent bloodwork showed a drop in my A1C from 6.1 to 5.8 in less than a year. At 5.7, I will no longer be prediabetic because of this Ceylon Cinnamon supplement. This is one supplement that works and I did "improve" my eating slightly but overall I would recommend this to anyone looking to lower the A1C.

My sugar levels in fact shot up after taking these capsules. The product has not been evaluated by FDA. These capsules are not available in Sri Lanka from where the raw material itself is supposed to be sourced. Try your luck if it suits you.
