Mini house
I really enjoyed this build. It came out great. Similar to most of these kits the instructions are really poor. Until you get some experience building kits, I would say choose a rolife kit.

How fun! I’m obsessed
This is my first miniature house and I thoroughly enjoyed putting this together! It’s complex but that’s what made it a lot of fun! The satisfaction I get everytime I assemble a section or a furniture is unreal. I couldn’t keep my hands off this set. Took me a week between work and motherhood but it was all worth it. I was enthusiastically up all night. Only used one glue, 3 in 1 beacon — perfect glue for this task. Instructions were good, but also used a lot of visualization. I didn’t sweat the small stuff like slippers lol but overall, I enjoyed putting this together. Oh box was damaged on arrival but all the parts arrived in the box. My first order of this model from another supplier was missing key pieces. Best believe that I just ordered tons of additional model and a LEGO display case with acrylic doors to display them.

Nice look, a bit complicated and spiral staircase railing is ugly
Nice design. I made few changes except the 3rd floor. Kit was complete. Light wires were a good length, and clear piano is cute. The staircase railing is made of a clear plastic film, self adhesive, folded in half and stuck together. I made an awful mess of it, trying to get it aligned together correctly. I find spiral staircase assembly challenging, and I did this one as well. I usually can't get the twist to end up exactly how it's supposed to, and it was difficult to get the railing decal spindles to end up looking like they fit the stairs correctly. Other railings were nicely done, wood, with a wood top piece. Using the sticky film on the windows worked great. I also found the lamp on the 2nd floor desk made of plastic and sticky film impossible to stay stuck together. Great idea, but execution needs work to make a superb finished kit. There wasn't fabric provided for the back of the green chairs upstairs, which was needed on at least one of them due to placement. And there is a ladder tucked back there from the 2nd to 3rd floor. I found placement of items very tight in this area.

cat coffee house EXCELLENT
I've made at least 8 of these 1/24th scale doll houses and the Cat Coffee House is my favorite. A challenge to get everything looking nice, but very doable. Lots of cute details. The 3-story house (M2132) with staircase and railing was dissapointing. The thing that attracted me to it was the layout with the stairs and railing, and that was the worst part of the kit. I think my board with railing pieces was stamped poorly, because even with an xacto knife and fresh blades was VERY difficult to get out without breaking. And the staircase I should have looked at closer in the pictures - it just doesn't look nice. The rest of the kit was nice and it's overall very sturdy.

Quality not as good as other brands for the same price
I just completed my first miniature house. I got this one next. This is extremely tedious. I don’t like that you have to cut out tiny pieces of paper and then glue them together to make something. Are there special tiny scissors I should be using? The wood pieces are not very sturdy. A chair leg broke without exerting any pressure on it. I will keep it and finish it but the quality is not nearly as good as the one I made from Rolife. I do have some extra double sided glue strips from the first kit and they come in handy on this kit, especially when trying to glue paper pieces together. I ordered more of the strips. Some of the fabric pieces literally need to be ironed because they are wrinkled. All this in just the first few items that I have put together. I truly hope that this comes out as good as it is pictured. UPDATE: templates are not the right size. The couch looks so bad that I don’t even want to use it. The instructions don’t correctly show how to make the fabric and leather look seamless. Terrible product.

Make Sure Your Parts Work Before Assembly
Great fun to make, and the final product is worth all the time! The instructions are not very easy to follow, and there were missing pieces. Some wooden pieces are fragile so always have leftover material from other model kits. IMPORTANT: Test the LED lights before assembly! Also, the music box… I tested several times and it even worked after putting the model together. Right after I made the protective dust cover, it malfunctioned and doesn’t work! It is impossible to get to because it is hidden on a wall on the first floor. A huge disappointment for the final product. Spoke with Amazon about a replacement but they want the whole model kit returned for a refund. The seller was unable to be contacted since they are overseas. Amazon compromised with a small credit.

Super fun!
I loved building this. You have to think of it as meditative and challenging or you’ll get frustrated. It’s so rewarding to build something beautiful. I did things a little different because I made this for my 4 YO to play with. She helped with a lot of guidance. I didn’t glue everything down so she could move the furniture around but the delicate stuff I did. We found 1:25 train model dolls and they fit perfectly. If you love super tiny stuff and don’t have room for a regular 1:12 dollhouse-this is the perfect fit! You’ll need $80-$100 worth of tools depending on what you already have on hand. I included a picture of what I used. I just bought the cheapest of everything I needed and it all worked fine. I also used a large metal ruler not pictured. Craft glue is mostly what hold everything together but there are times you want a quick drying super glue. Make sure you test the lights before you start as directed. This is my second miniature house. My biggest challenge is not getting excess glue on the pieces which is hard with everything being so small. I’m getting the hang of it though.

It takes patience to assemble but worth it!
I had the most fun putting this together. Once I figured out what type of glue worked best, I had no issues. This type of hobby takes a lot of patience but the end result is stunning!! I have many little houses to assemble!
