Review: Quantum enthusiast - A book you will enjoy reading, highly recommended, great service and delivery Review: The Gateway to Quantum - I have good high school maths, but no more. Consequently, I had no expectation that I would be able to follow all of the content (which was true). Nevertheless, I learned enough about the mathematical basis of quantum computing, and how it differs from classical, to keep me satisfied. The author has done a really impressive job of compiling so much content. Full marks also to the publishers for their layout and typography.

Excellent
If you want to really understand Quantum computing and how it differs from conventional computing this is the book for you. Can be heavy going if you don't already have a background in logic gates but even if you don't everything is explained.

Good content, good quality, but figures are hard to follow due to gray-scale printing.
Useful book and well designed (size, weight, bonding etc.. so it can be read at bedtime). However, the b/w printing makes it impossible to read many of the figures (and there are necessarily many figures given the topic of the book). Not much to say about the content as I'm struggling with it right now. Otherwise, product was promptly dispatched and arrived on time

Not so good for quantum computing
Update 08/12/25 : Having read through most of the book, it would sem that the coding is well out of date. I'm finding this more and more with ANY book on Quantum Computing. Shame really as some of the maths is interesting.
