I’ve been using this magnesium for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed with the results. These seem like great quality to me. Its hard to say if they are doing what they are supposed to do, but they are for sure not making anything worse. I feel like I am feeling better over all. Sleeping better, more energetic, but I cant guarantee that's due to these pills. They are easy to take and packaged well. I personally only take one a day, even though 2 is what the dosage says. From what I understand 2 pills = 500 g and since I eat and have other things I take that have some Magnesium in them already I don't want to have to much. When I showed my doctor they didn't say anything negative about it so I took that as a green light. They have no taste and are easy to swallow. I feel like they are a good price for the quality and if asked I would recommend them :)

My doctor suggested magnesium for leg cramps. She did not specify what kind of magnesium. After hours of searching, I kinda just guessed. This one had good reviews. It has significantly lessened my leg cramps. I am sleeping much better than I have in years. Things are much more “regular “. And my body aches in the morning are significantly decreased. I’m extremely impressed with this product.

Purchased in the hopes it would lessen leg cramps. Seems to have worked. Only 1 cramp in 2 months

Works well. Relaxes you, take an hour before bed. Helps with sleep and if you have constipation issues helps with that too.

A physical therapist recommended this to me to help digestion and as a sleep aid. I had been taking magnesium at night but this version has worked much better for both. Worth the price.

Was skeptical of this product as I've been taking magnesium supplements for a couple of years & was getting disappointed in the promised results. This supplement has not disappointed. It took about a month of taking to start really seeing the results. Sleep has improved 99% & leg cramps have drastically reduced. Helped with constipation issues as well. Only complaint is the price compared to other supplements. All in all this is a great product & I would highly recommend.

Items were well packed & arrived on time! Expiry date of items is in June 2026 which is alrite but would be better with a later expiry date. Price of item would be more attractive if can be made lower. Overall, I would give a 4-star rating!
